We are confident you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, please contact email@example.com. Please send a photo of the problem and a refund may be issued under Caking Impression's discretion. Please see the Edible Prints Disclaimer for information about the edible printing process and expected results.
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Do not dispose of the box or any packaging materials until you have inspected your order and are satisfied with the product you have received.
Returns cannot be accepted for any reason. Images are both edible and personalized and therefore are unable to be transferred to another customer.
Upon request, any order that has not been created or shipped can be cancelled for the full amount of purchase.
If your item has been created, but not shipped only the shipping price will be refunded.
Should there be a mistake in the message on your image due an error made by Caking Impressions, the full amount of the item will be refunded or, time allowing, a replacement will be sent.
If an error was made by the buyer when requesting a custom message, no refund will be issued. Please type carefully.
If you damage your image when applying, Caking Impressions is not responsible for damage.
If the image sticks to the plastic backing (not common, but does occur) please attempt to follow the instructions provided. If this does not seem to be working - please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 336-265-7321 directly for one-on-one assistance with your image. You may contact Caking Impressions at any time.
If no attempt at contact was made, Caking Impressions will not be held responsible for the damage done to your image.
If Caking Impressions is unable to assist you with the removal of your image and the product is proven to be defective, a refund or replacement will be issued.
Caking Impressions offers several different shipping methods. Please choose your shipping method carefully.
First Class Mail is unpredictable and uninsured. Estimated delivery times are only estimated with this method, not guaranteed. Caking Impressions does not offer guarantees for shipping services that are not guaranteed by the carrier.
Priority mail is insured against damage and loss, but ship times are not guaranteed. This method is considerably more reliable than First Class Mail, but not time guaranteed.
FedEx is both insured and time-guaranteed. Caking Impressions highly recommends FedEx.
If your item is damaged in shipping, this is shipping carrier mistake. All images are packaged carefully and marked both "Fragile" and "Do not bend." If you choose priority mail or FedEx, you will be able to file a claim for a refund with the shipping carrier, should your item be damaged. If you choose standard mail, your item is uninsured and will not be refunded by Caking Impressions or the shipping carrier. You, as the buyer, are responsible for filing damage claims. Take photos of damage to the item and packaging to support your case.
If your item is lost in the mail, no refund will be issued. If you choose priority mail or FedEx, your item will be refunded by the shipping carrier. First Class Mail is not insured for loss. Caking Impressions is not responsible for packages once left in the hands of the shipping carrier.
If your item does not arrive on time, but was shipped on or before the scheduled ship date - no refund will be issued. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, sometimes less. In the instance that ship times have been temporarily extended, you will be notified. Please choose your shipping method carefully and always monitor your tracking information.
